The Background
- The UK Government's internet safety/policing department CEOP has an educational arm called Thinkuknow (TUK) which required a web presence to communicate with its broad range of audience groups (3-7year olds, 8-10 year olds, 11-16 year olds, teachers, parents/carers and trainers who use the Thinkuknow resources).
- Needed suitable brand (and sub-branding) to communicate appropriately with all of these groups
- The sites needed to be audience appropriate and dovetail with TUK activities and resources
- TUK has a series of KPIs set by SOCA / the Government and so needed a way of tracking the usage of their resources, number of young people reached and other metrics.
The quality of all of the resources has been second to none, and the creative input from the Contrapositive team invaluable. The subject area CEOP seeks to address is a complex and often difficult one, but Contrapositive have dealt with it sensitively and accurately. Helen Penn - Head of Education - CEOP
