The Background
- Current website designed and built by Contrapositive on an earlier version of our Core CMS platform
- Site needed a new lease of life and to be afforded some of the developments in the CMS since its launch three years previous
- NICCYs also required some further dynamic functionality to compliment everyday business operations
The Solution
- Consulted with NICCY and its youth panel on the design and specification
- Designed and built fully compliant, attractive and engaging XHTML website including illustrated Northern Ireland panorama for use across website
- Integrated updated version of Contrapositive CORE CMS technology to allow greater flexibility and autonomy with content updates and management
- Ongoing consultancy and support
Contrapositive worked closely with NICCY staff and our Youth Panel to develop a site that appeals not only to children and young people but to a diverse range of stakeholders. They brought a creative and fresh approach to the visual styling of the site. This was complemented by an extensive and user friendly content management system, which allows us to manage the majority of the site’s content in-house, giving us the flexibility to keep the site refreshed and interactive.
