The Background
- To design a brand that could be used across a series of media and distribution formats
- To extend the brand in order to communicate with a broader audience of parents, teachers and younger children appropriately
- To apply the brand to a broad range of print materials and media (including posters, fliers, folders, forms, packaging, disc faces, websites and many others)
The quality of all of the resources has been second to none, and the creative input from the Contrapositive team invaluable. The subject area CEOP seeks to address is a complex and often difficult one, but Contrapositive have dealt with it sensitively and accurately. Helen Penn - Head of Education - CEOP
The Solution
- Design research to identify design trends for the initial audience group
- Proposed a series of possible design solutions and developed the final brand into its current form. This was passed by various appropriate stakeholders and focus groups
- Extended the brand to target additional audience groups of parents, teachers and younger children and work alongside existing complimentary artwork
- Designed and print managed a wide range of marketing collateral and other print media that utilise the brand mark appropriately
- Created a set of brand guidelines that set the basis for usage of the brand mark in future executions
