The Background

DICT8 is a UK based online medical transcription for service for the NHS and private healthcare companies. It allows medical practitioners to upload audio files containing dictations and notes from their consulation. The user can then manage the workflow of the transcription online as well as schedule outsourced transcriptions for overflow or during busier periods. The aim is to save clients, including the NHS, thousands of pounds in transcription services and management.

The Solution

DICT8 developed an advanced online system enabling a seamless workflow management and outsourcing system for one off though to high volume transcription requirements.

Contrapositive designed a clear and intuitive interface that allows a wide range of users We then produced a series of four animations to help prospective users understand the services and get a feel for the system.
