The Background
Connexions provides information, advice and guidance on courses, careers, jobs and training opportunities for young people aged 13 -19 years (and up to 25 years for those with learning difficulties or disabilities).
The Government led organisation tendered the development of a mobile application to deliver information, advice and guidance directly to its user's mobile phones.
The Solution
- Designed and built mobile web application based on supplied getConnex'd branding.
- Built on Contrapositive's content management platform, Merge, the social CMS.
- Merge allows Connexions staff to update content for the application and push and pull content from the social web via bespoke publishing and integration tools.
